Watcheers is a booking web app for a space-themed complex: rooms and venues designed for lovers of astronomy, stargazing and nature. It was my master’s final project at La Gauss, where it was chosen Project of the Year.
I started from research to find a gap within the vacation-rental sector and narrowed it to a specific niche: people who travel to look up at the sky. Out of that came the brand —futuristic yet minimalist, cosmos blue and orange— and an experience where every stay is an "expedition" (to Mars, to Andromeda…) rather than just a room.

I designed the whole system: research, wireframes, prototype and a library of components and tokens that keeps the room cards, navigation and typography (Space Mono) consistent across mobile and desktop.

And I hand-coded it. Before AI wrote code for us, I built the MVP in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap. Designing and then coding every screen is what carried the project from idea to browser —and what made it defensible as a real piece, not a mockup.
